Pie chart

Converting to pdf for the attached report (a simple pie chart) was working in birt 4.6.0.v20160607 and before and is broken since 20160915 (4.7.0 doesn't work as well) Adobe PDF Reader says the pdf is impair and cannot be opened, the file size is approx 16 kb instead of usual ~90 kb.

Just a note that the working version was picked up from Eclipse 4.6.1 and the not working version was from Eclipse 4.6.3. Could someone in the BIRT community find out what changes went in between the two releases to isolate what could be causing this problem.

Tested the current issue in BIRT OS v.4.7 and following was found during investigation:

1. It works if the pie chart opened in .pdf format using chrome browser
2. To open/launch the current report in .pdf you need to change the chart format from SVG to PNG
3. BIRT OS v.4.6.1 doesn't have this issue,
4. Graphical Package "batik" was updated the latest version of BIRT OS

As mentioned above, it seems a bug in batik 1.7.
Three workarounds:
1. Use Chrome to open PDF. Acrobat reader does not support.
2. Change chart format from SVG to PNG.
3. Do not use gradient color in chart.
