The current SWT Triage process 1* suggests to re-assign bugs from platform-swt-inbox@eclipse.org to swt-triaged@eclipse.org. The problem with that is that swt-triaged* is not monitored as much as platform-inbox and as a result triaged bugs get less attention. The proposal is instead to leave bugs assigned to platform-swt-inbox*, and instead add the "Triaged" keyword, leaving status as "NEW". So new bugs can be found via bugzilla quick search: :swt @swt-inbox -!Triaged Triaged bugs via: :swt @swt-inbox !Triaged Os filters can be added to quick search, e.g for linux: os:all,Linux -os:windows I've done more detailed documentation in the new wiki article 2*. This was discussed on swt mailing list as: [platform-swt-dev] Using'triaged'keywordinsteadofswt-triaged@eclipse.org? This will task will involve: a) Writing up new SWT Triage process (Done, see 2*). b) Linking old SWT triage page to new wiki page. (TODO) c) Processing bugs currently assigned to swt-triaged*, re-assign them to platform-swt-inbox if they are still relevant. For c) Me/Eric will go through the ~140 All/Linux bugs that are assigned to swt-triaged* manually to check if they're still relevant etc.. Status update: For query: :swt @triaged os:linux,all -os:windows We have 63 bugs remaining (down from ~128). Ian is powering through bugs pretty well. I think once we've cleared all & linux bugs, we'll probably mass update the windows/cocoa bugs assigned to triage. (Unless a win/cocoa developer would like to manually double check/manage them).
Update on bugs still assigned to swt-triaged: OS X: :swt @triaged os:mac 60 bugs remaining. Lakshmi Shanmugam has been busy latley here :-). Win32: :swt @triaged os:Windows 254 bugs reminaing Linux: :swt @triaged os:linux 15 bugs remaining (Thanks Ian/Eric). All: :swt @triaged os:all -os:windows 32 bugs remaining Is someone has time to look over bugs assigned windows platform, it'd be great. We're getting close to removing swt-triaged user.

I bulk-updated remaining bugs. (assigned to platform-swt-inbox@ and added "triaged" keyword). No more bugs are assigned to swt-triaged@ anymore. Thank you Lakshmi, Niraj, Ian/Eric for dealing with the bugs!
