Description Andre Weinand CLA 2004-02-11 13:13:19 EST
I20040210

It is not obvious that one can search for file patterns if the "Containg Text" field remains empty.
I suggest to show some informative text in this case.
Comment 1 Thomas M??der CLA 2004-02-12 03:52:51 EST
The same is true for the old search implementation, but I agree. I'll update the
summary accordingly.
Comment 2 Thomas M??der CLA 2004-06-29 07:01:55 EDT
Yes, ceterum censeo that we should separate file search and file content search.
Comment 3 Markus Keller CLA 2004-11-22 10:57:38 EST
I agree with comment 0.

-1 for comment 2: I often want to do an AND-search ("contents contain" AND
"filename matches" -> can't separate them.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
