It is important to note this is 64 bit version of the 4.6 IDE (Neon 3) on Windows 10.  While debugging or just using Window > Show View > Console, the Console window does show itself for an instant and then hides again.  Unable to keep this window open.  Am able to work in adjacently installed 32 bit version.

Can you please attach a screenshot? Any errors in the log? Steps to reproduce? Can you reproduce this with a new workspace? With plain SDK (no extra plugins)?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
