SCENARIO

1. Open Eclipse
2. Click "Window" --> "Close All Perspectives" 
3. Check the menu "Window"

BUG
The menu items "Customize Perspective...", "Save Perspective As..." and "Reset Perspective..." are enabled, but if you click them, they do nothing.

They should be disabled, when no perspective is shown.
