Built-in server creation allows only set php interpreter, name and hostname. 

Port settings is very important, in case when you want test many interpreters.

To change the default port (80) double click on server instance in Servers view. The editor will be opened and port can be changed.

Nice, but still will be good to have such settings in server wizard.
