CTRL + and CTRL - do zoom in every Texteditor. So same short cuts as in Browsers (e.g. chrome, firefox,..)

But Ctrl + 0 ,which would do a "zoom to 100%" in standard browsers, is currently (neon.2) not supported.

I think this would be a nice feature.

Mickael, IIRC we have already a bug for this request?

Indeed, it's a dup of bug 482913. That bug contains multiple pending questions and show that Eclipse font hierarchy and preferences make it non-trivial and unclear how to implement a reset, and shows that different users have different expectations for such command.
It's important to understand that a text doesn't have a natural (100%) size, as opposed to a web page that has size metadata for which 100% has a meaning. Eclipse IDE sets default size, but they are not part of the text itself. That's the root cause of complexity.
If you're interested in disucssing that, please do so in bug 482913
