Description Thomas Singer CLA 2016-12-28 08:19:09 EST
Please launch the attached sample on OS X 10.11:
- maximize the shell
- press Cmd+N to create a new one
=> the new shell will maximize automatically

Try the same on OS X 10.12 => the new shell will not maximize automatically. This causes further problems, e.g. complete hang-up in SmartGit, which I haven't found a way to turn into a snippet.

This looks like change in OS behavior. Do you still see a hang? Do you have a snippet to reproduce the hang?

ping!
Comment 4 Thomas Singer CLA 2017-08-24 12:23:06 EDT
Sorry, I have not further investigated the hang in SmartGit but rather implemented a work-around.
Comment 5 Lakshmi P Shanmugam CLA 2018-10-11 02:22:22 EDT
The fullscreen problem doesn't happen on 10.12 or 10.13 and hang issue not reproducible.
I think there is nothing to be done here, can we can close this bug?

Closing bug. Please reopen if problem is still reproducible.
