The Console View uses the same text font size as the text editors for which we implemented last release the Ctrl+ and Ctrl- shortcuts. 

I suggest we make these shortcuts also available for the Console view.

The current process to increase the font size in Console View is awkward, you have to switch to an editor, use the shortcuts to increase / decrease the font size and switch back to the Console View.

It will be good to have provided we have some framework and easy to implement as suggested in Bug 483921

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

Reopening, there is still value, but there is still need for a common interface for views to declare the used font to increase (bug 483921).
