copy-maven-plugin is used in:

* plugins/org.eclipse.eatop.eastadl2112/pom.xml
* plugins/org.eclipse.eatop.eastadl2112.edit/pom.xml

https://github.com/evgeny-goldin/maven-plugins/issues/10 hints that the plugin is no longer actively maintained.

Thus, the EATOP build fails for me with Apache Maven 3.3.9.
