Steps to reproduce:

* Open a EGit-managed file in an editor
* Choose Context menu->Show Revision Information
* Editor shows blame annotations
* Open context menu again

"Show Revision Information" is still enabled (also in the left ruler's context menu). Would be nice if it were hidden when the editor is already showing blame annotations.

Bug 274691 is the corresponding bug for CVS. Bug 274691 comment 6 gives a reason for the current design (should allow to refresh -- I don't know whether that works, and I don't think it's a reason not to convert it into a toggle).
