I'm working with a brand new installation of Eclipse Neon (4.6) installed via the Eclipse Installer.
I have attempted to install the following plugins:
BPMN2 Modeler
ObjectAid UML
LiClipseText Feature
Dynamic Languages Toolkit (fails on "no repositories found containing osgi.bundles; [*]")

For the "successful" plugin installations, none of the expected options become available via the "New" context menu or "Editor Selector". For example, when trying to open a *.ucls file (ObjectAid Class Diagram file) by selecting "Open with..." the "ObjectAid -> Class Diagram" is not present in the Editor Selector as it was in Mars.2. Same applies to opening the *.bpmn files and trying to find the BPMN Modeler editors. And again, trying to open *.sh files with LiClipseText editors.

Frederick, sorry but I can't understand how to reproduce the issue. 
Could you please provide the steps to reproduce, and tell which are the results you expect?
