Open a java editor on a class.
Add a breakpoint by double-clicking on the breakpoint bar.
Now pop up the context menu over the breakpoint.
The only thing you can do to the breakpoint from this context menu is remove it.
You should be able to disable it (and enable it) from here as well.
(i.e. you shouldn't have to go find the breakpoint in the Breakpoints list just 
to disable it).
