Similar to Bug 500051 but for installed plug-ins.

Very few people seem to be aware of the ability to import/export/share installed Eclipse plug-ins. We should add to the 
Installed Software dialog.

Mickael, Fabian, I added the export and import installation to the about dialog. I'm not sure if I like it, can you have a look and tell me what you think?

That doesn't belong into an About dialog.
