Save and Launch dialog

Save-on-launch is one of those options that has no default that can please everyone.  For example, I would not want this as default.

In addition to the preference shown by Patrik, we also allow the user to set that in the save-on-launch dialog that is popped up.

Just want tom mention in its defence:
1. All great IDE except Eclipse does save before build.
2. Some modern IDE like CLion makes developers not bother for saving at all, because of modern OS FS cache and delayed syncing.
3. Most of people I know feel uncomfortable with setting the option each time they forgot to save a file and wait halfhour to build.
