The "New and Noteworthy" link on http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/S-4.7M1-201608032000/ is hard to see. It's purple on purple, and it's the only header that is also a link.

Better remove the <h2> and just leave the plain link.

Looks good. I assume the fix will also remove the <h2> around the links to Acknowledgements and Readme on release download pages like this:
