Eclipse IDE just loaded fresh install

After a fresh install of Eclipse Neon for Java Developers, the welcome screens have the images tabbed over so they are covering the text. This isn't a huge issue for me as I don't ever use it, but for others it could be an annoyance. Attached is an image of the IDE after loading it.

This seems a duplicate of Bug 490116. 

Are you on Windows 64 bit, with an old version of IE ?

Sorry, I tried to find it before posting and nothing showed up.

I might have been at the time. I had just finished restoring the computer and was in the process of re-installing applications and updating everything.

Ok, marking as duplicate, assuming that happened on Windows 64 bit OR with an old version of IE.
