Description Rüdiger Herrmann CLA 2016-08-04 13:54:31 EDT
Steps:
1. create a new text file
2. open the text file with the default (text) editor
3. move the project containing the text file to a new location
4. make a change in the open editor
5. save the change
-> the editor still assumes the old location which doesn't exist anymore and therefore opens the Save As dialog to ask for a new location

I would expect the editor to track moved files and update the file location information.

I cannot reproduce the issue as described, I need more info, like:

1. which kind of project is the container of the file ?
3. how are you "moving" the project into another location ?

Thank's for your hint, the steps weren't precise. To avoid more confusion I've created a new bug: 499241
