When regenerating the language models, could a fix also be included for bug 497780 ? 

For example, the date.php model files for PHP 5 and PHP 5.3 looked nice (with all @return tags), but later ones were less complete (a lot of @return tags are missing).

Ok, I will try to do something with this. I believe that script for model generation should be rewritten/improved but I'm not sure if I will find time to do this in near feature.

This version is based on actual PHP master. Final version should be generated after official PHP 7.1 release.
