Steps to reproduce
1 - Create a common library with a masterpage containing anything on its header
2 - Create a report using the common masterpage above
3 - Render the report using XLSX format

Result: the masterpage's header is not displayed

Hi I have same problem in BIRT 4.8.0. Is there any solution for this?
