Reset Page Number on group change Sample Report

When using groups, the ability to reset or control page numbers based on the changing of a group is important. In cases where the report is of fixed layout and outputted to HTML and then exported to PDF, this works fine. However, BIRT the capability to output directly to PDF and this functionality is lacking.

This is different than Bug ID 298982 because this is a direct to PDF problem and the reset page number on group change does work for HTML outputs only.

I have attached a sample report that was supplied by Jason Weathersby in the BIRT Forums showing controlled page number functionality without groups. If you run directly to PDF, you will see that this functionality does not carry over.
