In this video you can see a summary of the Dark theme refresh issues in Ubuntu: https://www.youtube.com/upload Quick description: When I move the focus out of Eclipse, like clicking on the desktop, or opening a dialog (Preferences), some icon backgrounds turn white. In preferences, I can observe also some bounds are not drawn correctly, and, after applying the theme, only some parts of the application are updated. It seems only the widgets in foreground on which I hover the mouse are updated.
