We would like to create a new "user" website. This new website will replace the current site_login site and it's going to become the central location for user information.

This should help us accomplish the following objective:

-eclipse.org becomes an oAuth provider with the leverage of the oAuth2server module and library.

-Improve security with drupal framework. XSS vulnerabilities is currently an ongoing problem.

-Building a central location for user management (profile information) and user data (USS). 

-Fix encoding issues of special characters. The migration will allow us to simplify the migration to utf-8 tables.

- Allow users to view information about other users. For example USS data of a specific user.

- Users will be able to get an overview of everything related to their account in the Eclipse community. For example, list of bugs he is following, list of forum posts that where created since his last visit, the list of favorites from marketplace...
