Toggle Word Wrap command has to be exposed in the main menu, probably under Window > Editor. According to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=35779#c273, a general UI guideline says that all actions should be reachable via main menus.

We should also include other textual editor (toolbar) actions that aren't exposed so far.

There should be a separate bug for each of the commands missing in the main menu.
