The Y20160421-1000 build failed in some of its final steps because the parent pom's target environments are no longer accurate. Need to remove the 32-bit Solaris items and add the 64-bit. 

I can also see from the error message there are other things, such as using Tycho 0.25.0 that needs to be merged "back" to the BETA_JAVA9_46 branch of the aggregator.

I have made everything up to date and seems to build fine in my local tests. 
(So could do a rebuild at any time, if needed)
