Minor enhancement, but while fixing other things in the "indexer" noticed that tests that do not "complete normally" do have an "xml results file", but often 
consists of something similar to 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<testsuites />

Those do get a "DNF" in table, but (as of right now) are not tabulated as "missing files". 

Seems in some of those DNF cases we could link them directly to their "console log" for easier investigation.

Just noticed, in my tiny test case, when the XML results file has no meaningful content, the console log specific to that test has no content either. Guess it would take a "double check" to avoid linking to an empty console log. If it was empty, then perhaps at least link to the main overall console log.
