eclipse samba error

The filechooser dialog which appears when right-clicking on MyProject->"Export"->"Ear file"->"Browse..." cannot access my network attached samba drive. The drive letter appears on the left side of the filechooser because I have it in the list of favourites/shurtcuts in Windows. The letter has a blue questionmark and when clicking on it the following error occurs:

The drive works in any other tool, only Eclipse IDE Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) Build id: 20150219-0600 cant access this drive.

It has worked before for several years whearas I am not sure before what.

Could you attach your <workspace>/.metadata/.log?

Are you able to use File > Open File… to open and modify a file on that drive?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
