Eclipse preferences have an established phrasing when pointing to other preference pages. See

  General > Content Types
  General > Editors
  General > Security
  Ant > Editor

and others.

The General > News preference page should follow this pattern:

  See 'Notifications' for configuring notifications about new messages.
  See 'Web Browser' for choosing the browser to read messages with.
