Mylyn very consistently follows a *.core/*.ui separation, but unfortunately doesn't name (as per Bundle-Name) the bundles consistently:

  org.eclipse.mylyn.monitor.core -> Mylyn Monitor Core
  org.eclipse.mylyn.monitor.ui -> Mylyn Monitor UI

  org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.core -> Mylyn Wikitext
  org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.ui -> Mylyn Wikitext UI

  org.eclipse.mylyn.versions.core -> Mylyn Versions
  org.eclipse.mylyn.versions.ui -> Mylyn Versions

It would be nice if Mylyn could follow a consistent convention here. (FWIW, I prefer the one of org.eclipse.mylyn.monitor.*.)

First set of changes is ready for review. More to come later. (BTW, Mylyn's Oomph configuration is a great help in this.)
