If we can figure out how to do it and maintain history, we should move the 
Help Feature that is currently in 'releng' repository into the 'o.g.ua' repository, which is where its branding bundle is. 

Similar for CVS: we should move the branding bundle that is in 'releng' repository into 'team' repository to be "with" its feature.

o.g.ua was a typo, I meant o.e.ua, but actually the proper name of the repository is "eclipse.platform.ua".

The other two cases that are in "split repos" is the sdk and platform branding bundles (in "eclipse.platform") and their corresponding features (in eclipse.platform.releng). 

These case *might* be related to bug 486698 (though might be the result of a "third variable"?)

FWIW the CVS bundle was already moved in this change:
