This is a follow-on bug for part 2 of Bug 484253.
There's still a lot of HTML attribute value data/doc that can be either scraped from the spec/MDN doc or copy/pasted manually.
This will improve our HTML content assist now that it handles attribute value assist.

HTML content assist data needs refreshing. Should scrape the 5.1 spec to get the tag/attribute data.
