The BIRT Bugzilla product needs a "Website" component.

The "community" page on the website, https://www.eclipse.org/birt/community/, includes a section titled "Newsgroup" which should be changed to "Forum".

There is a link to the old news server news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.birt.

This should instead point to the forum:

https://www.eclipse.org/forums/eclipse.birt

Some of the other links also do not work as expected (e.g. the "archives" link).
