When creating a new java project on Linux, the TabItems display and & instead of an underlined letter indicating a shortcut key.
STEPS:
1. File->New->Other
2. Java->Java Project
3. Next
4. fill in Project Name:
5. Next

A screen with a TabFolder with the following TabItems: "&Source, &Project, &Libraries, &Order" appears

NOTES:

	Preliminary investigation suggests a potential problem with GC.drawString(String, int, int)  not understanding "&".

	We need new API for drawText (not drawString) that optionally turns & into _.
