I have set landscape mode of Master Page. The mode is not landscape if you view file format odt.

Paper A3 landscape orientation in report, but A4 portrait in odt file (checked in LibreOffice Write).

For other formats (for example, ods, pdf, docx) the bug doesn't occur.
