GEF4 MVC.FX.UI provides controls for the view/manipulation of linear gradients (FXSimpleGradientPicker, FXAdvancedGradientPicker). Another control should be provided to view/manipulate radial gradients.

As cell editors and pickers are moved to FX as of bug #471154, changing component from MVC to FX.
