Can you please try with the latest version of recommenders (v2.2.3) from [1]?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you've encountered a problem.

If Marcel's suggestion doesn't help, please provide some additional information so that i can figure out what's wrong.

1. Please tell me what version of Eclipse you are using and what packaging it is (e.g. Java Developers)

2. Please go to Help > Installation Details > Installed Software, do a search for "recommenders" and tell me which features are listed in what version.

3. Please go to the Eclipse Console, using the upper right symbol, switch to the Host OSGi console. Then enter "ss recommenders.models", note the id of the first entry, then enter "diag <THAT ID>" and paste the input here.

Your Eclipse may not offer you a Host OSGi console. If so, omit step 3.

Thank you

Mahidhar, we would really like to get to the bottom of this, but need your help in diagnosing this issue. Can you please provide us with the information Johannes requested. Thank you.
