This PR is a bucket for listing the worst remaining SWT Javadoc problems.
	
	- Missing Javadoc class comment for Device.
	- Missing Javadoc for constructors in subclasses of Item.
			For example, TreeItem has 5 constructors, none of which have Javadoc.
	- TableItem has many methods that do not have spec. (getDisplay, getImage, getText, ...)
	- Missing Javadoc for Menu constructors.
	- Missing javadoc for Event.detail fields, i.e. TraverseEvent.detail - what values can it have?
