On WinMe, Only the icon in the tab of the active editor in eclipse is drawn 
	properly. The other icons are either incomplete or invisible.

Can't reproduce with Build F1. Icons were displayed correctly at 8/16/24/32 
bits resolution.

I checked the version of ComCtrl on WinME: 5.81, sounds good.
