Description Lars Vogel CLA 2015-06-11 07:51:43 EDT
We currently have two entries in the rules:

Add Tasks
Add Bookmarks

I never use this entries and I think in general these are not widely used. I suggest to move them into a "Add" menu.

Add
 --> Tasks
 --> Bookmarks

This "Add" would also give other plug-ins a nice "target" to add their "Add" contributions to.

Adding a generic and meaningless "Add" menu is a no go for me.

Note that this would have to be done for Platform Text and UI.

What would be a "go" for you? ;-)

First, I think adding a sub-menu for just two entries is not a good idea, and second, it will be hard to find a good name. I'd leave things as is.

I think it depends if people are actually using it. AFAIK my customers and trainees are not creating tasks nor bookmarks via the ruler. I have seen (and I use) //TODO statements in the code but that another use case.

Is your team actively using these entries?
