Not sure if we actually do an RC1 N&N but the screenshot for the entry is definitely wrong. I leave it to Markus or Dani to decided if that should be removed and integrated into M7 and how they want to do the update of the screenshot.

Markus, please consider that when compiling the final N&N.
Since I had to look for "what I could click", if others are interested, for your convenience the URL is (or, would have been) http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.5/RC1/ (although, as stated, we don't normally do for "RCs", since we are "feature complete" by M7 ... I honestly didn't even look for RC1, if we _should_ publish them for RCs, I guess we could, as long as "presented" correctly ... as "finishing touches on a feature in M7).
This was put on RC3 when first opened, but I think will be fixed along with rest of N&N, which I assume is due for RC4? Feel free to adjust, Markus, it's your bug ... just trying to help. [and, honestly, not sure we "make visible" with RC4, or wait until "final release" which is at same time as everyone else, June 24th.
Yes, we don't generally provide an N&N for RCs. I just told Lina to release it so that it's easier to track this late contribution for the final N&N. The RC1 N&N has not been reviewed yet and no links to it should be published anywhere. I'll use it as input for the combined release N&N. I'll use this bug for that work.
The final Luna N&Ns have been pushed to the platform.common repo for Luna RC4. The contents have been adapted to the website theme and pushed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news.git/commit/?id= e5c7ba3ef20711e8b02f683775429720679049af At the release day, we should rename 4.5/eclipse_news_4.5.[html|php] to index.[html|php] and then publish links that end in 4.5/

For the record, I always base the promotion on original I-build, on build machine, so for example, have already modified it to expect N&N at the "4.5" location: http://build.eclipse.org/eclipse/builds/4I/siteDir/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20150603-2000/
Oh, I wasn't aware that the news link was already "leaked" ;-) I've replaced the milestone-preview page with the edited contents now: https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.5/ I'm not a publicist, but I think we should not promote this URL too widely until the release train has actually entered the station. Just to keep the news fresh.
I see a few minor HTML5 errors (which is what's created by Solstice theme). https://validator.w3.org/nu/?useragent=Validator.nu%2FLV+http%3A%2F%2Fvalidator.w3.org%2Fservices&doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.eclipse.org%2Feclipse%2Fnews%2F4.5%2F If you, Markus, are too busy or otherwise not interested ... I might have time to fix them over the next week or two ... just documenting the issue for now.
- fixed all HTML errors - improved table layout for wide and narrow windows - fixed SWT entry for minimal GTK version Pushed to the website, as well as to master and R4_5_maintenance doc bundles: http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.common.git/commit/?id=0bd12023ba2228e2ca232ea6f51b6b9598d95722
