I use empty runtime properties in the POJO data source, so the classes are fetched form the classpath at runtime. The design time props are set to a absolute path to a jar in the birt designer. With this selection it is not possible to select the „POJO Data Set Class Name“ in the Data Set Definision dialog. It only works if runtime props are set to the same jar. In my opinion this is inverted.

Also the preview of the designer shold access the design time props.
