Original state

Hi there,

we have been using the code in org.eclipse.birt.chart.examples.api.viewer.SwtChartViewerSelector.java to generate a Chart object in our project. 

However the chart title disappears upon resizing. I could reproduce the error by resizing the window of SwtChartViewerSelector.

There are some reports attached to this bug report.

What could have gone wrong?
