I have made some BIRT reports and found that the same document is shown differently using different viewers.

In PDF, main issues are with table: header border corners are unfinished, also top corners has uncut lines, header background is shifted. There are extra gaps between vertical table lines and horizontal lines.

In HTML, opened with Firefox 37.0.2, similar inconsistency is present.

In HTML, viewing with IE 11, table's last row has no bottom border.

Please see attached pictures "birt-rendering-issues.png" and "Report-Opened-In-Firefox.png".
Also attaching report "Customers.rptdesign".

----------------
1. Report was created following BIRT Report Designed tutorial.
2. Generated PDF and HTML documents were viewed with different viewers - Adobe Reader XI, Foxit Reader 7.1.3.320 (PDF), Firefox 37.0.2, IE11, Chrome 42.0.2311.135 m.
3. Each viewer shows slightly different results, rendered view is most cases are slightly distorted (see attachments)
4. Design was prepared with eclipse-reporting-luna-R-win32-x86_64, tested with both eclipse-reporting-luna-R-win32-x86_64 and eclipse-reporting-luna-SR2-win32-x86_64.
