Debug is not recognized when the mapping has folders with special characters.
Example: Workspace = "C:\Users\Tiago Santos\Arquivos de Produção"

Does not stop at breakpoint.

Do you mean it is executing the program but without stopping at breakpoints ?
Are you able to execute using "Run As" ? 

I am not able to execute the program and get "Error: Could not find or load main class" .
