Screen shot of box described above

I have just downloaded the latest versions of both Eclipse and Java from the appropriate sites, and installed Java, and unzipped Eclipse.  Tried to run Eclipse from the directory i created for it, and this is the box that comes up.  I tried to copy the contents of the box, but wasn't able to.  But that's the error code that comes up every time i run the Eclipse application file.

I'm attaching a screen shot of the box that comes up when i run the Eclipse file.

Sounds like you trying to start an Eclipse 64 bit on a 32 bit JVM. See http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/JavaIntroduction/article.html#java_installation_32or64
