My TestSide.war is getting deployed at Tomcat Application Manager but after clicking on it, it is showing error "REsource is not available".

Dear Team,

I am working on Eclipse BIRT Tool for report generation. I am getting some difficulties in deployment section.

                I have created a report using Eclipse BIRT and the report is running successfully in "WEB Viewer". My objective is : i have to generate a .war file from report by right clicking on my WEB - PROJECT which is dynamic and that need to deploy at "Tomcat Web Application Manager"/"List of Applications". If i will click on my designed application , i can able to see the report on browser.

                       But real problem is while generating .war file from my project, i am not able to find my .rptdesign file inside war.  I am able to deploy that .war in Tomcat but if in will click on the appication (TestSide as per logs attached), it is showing error "The Requested Resource is not available". Below mentioned are the list of applications , i am using in my project.This is my web application not the RCP.

BIRT Version: 4.4.1
Tomcat Version: 7.0.55
Java Version: 1.7.0   64 bits server version

 Please suggest what are steps i need to follow to view my report in Tomcat. I need an urgent help for the same.
