when using together with Working Set some project disappear.PNG

When playing with Project Explorer - Hierarchical Presentation using 4 projects of small plugin project https://github.com/Nodeclipse/quickimage

1. make Working Set as Top Level
2. add parent and feature project to new Working Set SET1
3. Now only SET1 tree is shown (there is no Other Projects set as in Package Explorer)
4. when making Projects as Top Level again projects that are not in SET1 are still missing

This is one or two bugs.

Maybe it is related to older Bug 461266
[WorkingSets] Working sets in Project Explorer and Package Explorer are not the same

Actually Bug 434463 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=434463

What you describe here is the expected behaviour for working sets, which have 2 capacities: filtering (controlled by working sets enablement), and structuring workspace (controlled by top-level elements).
If you want to contribute to the major improvement that would be to add the interesting feature of Package Explorer to Project Explorer and then get rid of Package Explorer, then please follow bug 427897. Some reviews are still pending, and your votes on the suggested patches would be appreciated to speed up the merging process.
