We have a debug adapter which provides properties for the stack frame.  When 
stopped at a breakpoint the top stack frame is selected in the debug view 
(automatically by the debug framework).  If the debug view is active then the 
properties for that stack frame will show in the properties view.  If the user 
then clicks on another view such as the display view or the editor, the stack 
frame properties still show.  If the user then presses the F5 button to do a 
step into, the properties view still shows the information for the old stack 
frame, even though the user has stepped into a new function.  It would be much 
less confusing if the properties view cleared itself if there are no properties 
for the current selection rather than continuing to show the properties for the 
previous selection.
