I do not know for what historical reasons there are two "Problem" views in the ide plugin, but two is one too much :-)

org.eclipse.ui.internal.views.markers.ProblemsView seems to be the "modern one", which is contributed via plugin.xml, while org.eclipse.ui.internal.views.markers.internal.ProblemView seems to be the "legacy one", which isn't referenced by anyone except some leftovers in CategoryComparator code.

The legacy one should be removed, as it only confuses while searching for the "right" one.
