The fix for bug 337588 (which added "Close Tabs To The Right"/"Close Tabs To The Left") was incomplete: the menu "Close Tabs To The Left" was never shown for view stacks, and "Close Tabs To The Right" on view stacks always closed all parts except active one.

The fix is trivial.
